Tevo Tornado Spool Holder

I remixed the arm design by Dusan Fras found on MyMiniFactory: https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-spool-holder-cr10-tevo-tornado-64578

I basically removed the v-channel that was used to register the spool spindle. With the bearing spool spindle, this v-channel was not necessary and I wanted to eliminate the risk involved with bridging while printing.
