Updated 16mm Bolt with 2 Nuts and 2 washers

This is a remix of my original nut and bolt. I increased the spline segments to make them smoother and opened up the thread diameter in the nut to make it a little bigger and thus easier to work. I doubled the nuts so there are now 2 and added two flat washers as well to play with.
