Optical LED and FILTER WHEEL for Microscopy or Spectroscopy

This is a LED and Filter Wheel for my Zeiss Ergaval microscope.
To the time of the Zeiss Ergaval they all had been made with a dovetail ring ( ringschwalbe ) to mount the tubus. This is of course excellent for custom modifications.
This here is composed of a lower element for the lighting which holds 8 different Starplate mounted LEDs which can be switched by turning the wheel.
Also directly above like in the picture a Excitation filter wheel can be installed, which is very useful even though
