BQ Prusa i3 Hephestos - BLTouch mount - classic hotend

As far is I could see from the photos jricardomiguel's and meie1kyl's versions were designed around the unibody hotend.
But my printer is running the "classic" hot end, which is a bit shorter. It still kind of worked but the retracted pin was less than 1mm above the nozzle. A single blob of plastic or a sharp corner curling up could derail the whole print.
So I moved the mounting plate about 3mm higher to get it closer to the recommended 8mm between the bottom of the BLTouch case and the nozzl
