I designed this to work with my K40 Laser Cutter. I'm not promising it will work for you, but for me it's a perfect fit over the dial and the 0 - 9 represents the full range of motion for the dial on my machine. By leaving the bottom open, it is easy to put some glue on the back side of the gauge and slide it into place around the dial.
I used a 1/16 piece of wood to make my gauge. Your power/speed settings will vary, but the dial gauge size should be 1.75" in diameter when done.
