E3D Titan Fan Mount and Tube

Hi makers and bakers,
i just designed this fan bracket and tube for the E3D Titan Extruder. The focus was to build a quite space saving nozzle fan bracket that is suitable for putting a 12V fan on top by combining the original "always on" little fan and bracket from E3D.
