Smartrap Fan alternative

I´ve based this alternative on an existing fillamentfan for hotends.

I´ve only added the possibility to use it on a SmartRap by modifying the exising hotend holder and creating the arms.

I´ve printed 3 arms for this design but I guess it would be better to use one arm in a fixed position. I liked the idea of the flexibility of three arms.
