Graspable Filament Cap

After finishing with a filament and capped the filament protrudes enough (under the cap) for its next use without having to open the moisture-tight box.

These were modified using dottom22's, "Filament Enclosure Tap (1.75mm)". I started with his Nut_96_tollerance and Nut_98_Tolerance files and added the extended cap enclosure.

Although I found both worked on his Bowden_5mm_Filter object just fine, I wanted a somewhat looser fit for the cap.
