I made this usb charger for SONY NP-BX1 battery.
I used 3 pin battery contact from old Siemens phone and I cut middle pin.
For use led status light panel pipes, you have to cut two holes in the cover.

Parts:

1x Lithium Battery Charging Board with Protection (Micro USB, TP4056)
1x 3 pin phone battery contact
1x M2x6 screw

Optional parts:

2x 2mm led light panel pipes
