Ramp 1.4 + Mosfet Mod

This is a remixed of a Ramp 1.4 case. All credits to the original creator(s), I just remixed them and add more features according to my needs.

There are a few things I modified...
- add top lid with screws for easy access
- some shaving to avoid the need to use support
- ADD MOSFET the main reason for remix
- Utilize the fan to cool the mosfet without the need for additional fan
