ST Models Fox Glider Nose-cone Tow Release

This is a nose cone with built in tow release mechanism for the ST Models 1.8m Fox glider. It is designed to replace the motor and folding prop that comes with the plane, to allow it to be converted to an aero-tow glider.

The tow release mechanism is a "pin in tube" style release, so you will need a length of music wire to act as the pin and run back to your release servo. The mechanisim is designed for 1mm wire, but anything from about 0.8-1.5mm should work fine.
