Clip-on Printrbot 40-mm Fan Mount, Version 2

Based on some recommendations from pcarew (http://www.thingiverse.com/pcarew). I changed the following:

*Clip-on portion to extruder is now on the outside of the frame.

*I also opened the duct a bit more and allowed for more clearance from the bed.
