Update: for Volcano-users you should consider the original, i only adjusted and tested this for E3D V6 mounted on the Titan Aero.
The original part forced me to put my Z-Offset to -2.2 leaving the probe closer to the print than I would like. Remodelled it after it broke (probe caught on to a curling print due to user error... turns out 40 cm bridge was a bit much)
Requires a M3 nut and a M3 screw. Mounting it as high up as it goes should put your Z-Offset pretty close to 0.
