A friend of mine has an aquarium and asked me to design a Bristle Worm Trap. Bristle Worms, or Polychaeta, are a detritivorous pest found in aquariums that can be attracted into a small opening using bait. Once inside, the worms have difficulty finding the way out.

Update-5/17/2020 Added a Bottom with 3.5mm holes as has been requested.
