Prusa MK2S/2.5/3 Z-axis Increase

This is a complete rework of the Z-axis motor and end-stop for the Prusa MK2S/MK2.5/MK3. It adds 9mm to your z-height, stiffens the motor attachments and increases the area of the z-endstop.

This potentially brings the MK2S/MK2.5/MK3 build height to 219mm, or allows you to add a Volcano with minimal modifications.

Note that you will (probably) need to modify your firmware to have access to the extra 9mm build height.
