This is a flat mounting plate for the Philips Sonicare toothbrush charger. I used some 3M VHB mounting tape to attach it to both the underside of the base and then another strip to mount it to the sink. Since the underside of the charger is not 100% flat, I was not able to make contact with the sink just by using a strip of mounting tape directly on that without this plate.
