I've found that over time the foam hole for the spar on the Fury wing tends to warp into more of a cone shape with a worse and worse fit on the spar over time. Additionally, if you race this wing hard you can actually fold the wings by having the spar tear through the thin foam layer on the bottom of the wing cord.

To fix this I designed inserts that should slide into the spar holes. The inserts act as a plastic sleeve to the carbon spar and provide much better support for it than just bare
