Prusa Mk3 Extruder BL-Touch mod

I'm a big fan of the Prusa mk3 extruder and made some basic changes to it to swap the proximity sensor for a BL-Touch. This was required for the large format Prusa I built, as it has a custom bed without probe points. This puts the sensor at the perfect height to probe, and draws it back higher then the fan shroud to keep it safe. I also made minor changes to the fan shroud (made it thicker), top cap (enlarged opening for 5mm nylon bowden guide) and I modeled a new rear support to help keep l
