Cisco SX20 Codec wall-mount / bracket

We were installing a new Cisco SX20 Telepresence device at one of our offices and even though we could find a shelf for the camera, we could not get a hold of a proper bracket or holder for the codec that would let us mount it to a wall. That led me to create my own bracket/wall mount instead.
