Parametric Charging stand for Huawei Watch 2 - GB Pennies Default

This builds on GuigsyUK's "CHARGING STAND FOR HUAWEI WATCH 2" remix, adding correctly-sized holes for penny weights on the bottom. By default they work for British two pence pieces, but it's parametric so you can specify a diameter and depth and it'll put as many holes in the base along the central line as possible.
