The gearbox of this buggy is quite disappointing. Pinion and spur gear are completely unprotected and the spur gear is made of plastic. Also, there is about no clearance around the gears. So fine gravel will destroy the spur gear in no time. I also had lots of lockups so far.

It was extremely difficult to design this cover, because there is very little space around the gears.
