This is a ceiling mount for an IKEA light rail I got from a college (without the original mount). I'm not sure about the name of the lamp but it seems to be similar to the IKEA T1108 BASISK. The lamp's base is 100 mm in diameter and can be fixed to the mount with M4 screws. I used self-taping screws normally used for computer fans.
