It´s a bearing spool adapter for a smooth usage. Use a 608 skates bearing.
You need to print 2.

This Spool will fit 97~mm, 70mm, 54mm and 53mm spools

This is a spool adapter, and I think it is one of the bests, you can auto tight the spool and take the Thread Rod out without having to unscrew the Nut, and you need the stock thread rod M8 (Anet A8/A6 ) and Nut m8 to tight it.

You can also use some spacers between the spools
