This is a Hole complete work.
What you need:
6 faces of Wood, acrylic or what else you want at 3mm ( Wood is cheaper, transparent acrylic is better but expensive.
2 Lateral Faces with 480mm x 494mm
2 faces(Top and Bottom) With 500mm x 550mm
1 Behind face with 480mm x 550mm
1 Front (Acrylic for sure) with 478mm x 54mm
If you really trust that those cuts will be precisely, you can make the front face with 480mm x 550mm
