UP! mini temp mod

Mod to decrease temperature on the UP! mini (or Plus) printer.

For every increase in number on the wheel I get 5C less on the print head. 0 = no change, 9 = about -45C

Needed:
- printed STL for mod case
- Cherry PAAA3000 decimal switch (Farnell SKU 1180017)
- JST BXH-001T-P0.6 crimp terminal, 1 pc. (Farnell SKU 1516301)
- 1.8ohm resistors (0805 or 0603)
- some cable
