Anycubic Kossel tool holder for 2020 extrusion

I wanted a tool holder for all the tools that came with my Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus. This remix adds a slot for the SD card, 3 holes for the small screwdrivers and a tab for a m4 screw to connect it to 2020 aluminium extrusions.
