Apple IIe Raspberry Pi Case

I used OpenSCAD to split the provided STL in https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:340687 apart into three pieces, then recombined the case and keyboard into one piece. The base (for all but the oldest Raspberry Pi boards) is also included.
