Splendor Insert (Including cities) for sleeved cards

Uploaded an alternative lower volume chip tray (NewVersion_ChipTray_LowVolume_alt.stl). This uses much less filament. Note that I have not printed this myself, so print with caution. I don't forsee any issues with printing it. So you can either print the NewVersion_ChipTray.stl, or use the new NewVersion_ChipTray_LowVolume_alt.stl - it's your choice.
