Two dragonair Parted - dual+multi

Dual extrusion (separated by color) and multi extrusion (separated by feature) of the model by Bisic as parted and enhanced by 7Fish (thank you both!).

I separated the supports to their own files so you can specify the extruder for them any way you like it or just ommit them and use your own (but they do work great).

I included the original jewels and earfins unchanged to have all files in one place.
