This is a cover for the Amiga CD32 Expansion Slot by Retro 7-bit:

In order to mount the cover you will need to place the Expansion Slot PCB into the cover and plug the PCB on the CD32 mainboard together with the cover. The cover will not fit if the Expansion Slot PCB is already plugged on the mainboard.
