this is just a little modification for the original Prusa knob. It's got 3 handles instead of one.

When running through the menu, I found myself again and again turning the knob back into orignal position to have the handle on the right side - which is the right side. Now there is always one handle in the correct position to navigate in the menu.

Edit: Prusa used this design as the standard knob for the Prusa Mini
