TAZ 5 - Mitutoyo 148-202 Mount

This is a mount to replace the stock TAZ 5 z-endstop, based on the design on this forum post https://forum.lulzbot.com/viewtopic.php?t=3477.

I liked the simplicity of only needing to remove the stock thumbscrew and flipping the z-endstop switch on it's existing mounting holes. When I printed the original design that I downloaded, my 148-202 micrometer head didn't have enough travel (0.25") to engage the z-endstop switch.
