Thrustmaster TH8A/TH8RS Short throw shifter mod

A short throw shifter mod for, the mod will reduce by 15mm the shifter length; reduce by 5mm the gates length (except R) and preserve your original metal plate.

You will need some m3x35mm hew screws for mounting.

Print it grid plate on the bed, with support to get a clean "lip"

You can use heat shrink tube to preserve your axis from wear (I only had electrical tape under hand :D)
