A replacement piston for a floor airpump with inner diameter 35mm. the insertion of the original sealing ring (rubber) is obligatory.

I designed it in sketchup, the file is provided along with the stl.
Try using 100% infill. The pressure build up can lead to cracking (as happened to my original part @~9bar), so probably PETG might be a good alternative to ABS.
