Spirit Halloween Power Cell LED mod. Neopixel

I prefer to re-use. So the screws that hold in the lens for the power cell seemed like a good candidate to hold the new red lens (cut from a plastic binder from the dollar store, and used a hole punch that fits well onto the existing screw post) it also holds the 7 segment Neopixel boards I had leftover from another project.
