Garmin Edge Vertical Bike Mount

This is a vertical bike mount for a Garmin Edge. I created this at the request of my father so that he can mount his GPS on the vertical section of his handlebar, which has a diameter of ~28 mm (apparently all of the other real estate is taken up by other gadgets and gizmos!).
