Kossel Mini Mega Ramps Holder

Holder for Mega/Ramps1.4 that bolts to the extrusion. Based off http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:17228 - I re-did mounting holes to make sure they line up and worked it for mounting to 15mm extrusion using M3 screws. The Mega mounts with M2.5 screws.

Note: This does fit between the upper frame mounts on the Kossel Mini if you are using 240mm or longer extrusions.
