This is just a new main gear for martin_au Star Tracker - you find the other parts in his original thing!
This gear uses a small ball bearing (18mm x 12mm x 4mm), so the threaded rod will not rattle in the hole in the bottom plate. Widen the hole for the threaded rod in the bottom plate to ~10mm and glue or screw the part "Axis" onto the bottom plate.
