I do not like how the ES120s button is placed. There is no grip and sometimes it rolls over the table when I do not what that. That is why this thing was born.
It has very snug fit. You should push it on the screwdriver with the force. No glue or other material required. It will sit in its place if printed correctly. If you can't slide it on, try to resize on x and y by 0.1 mm, or modify source file included.
