Cigarette filler 3-pass manual tool AKA '3Topper'

This is a special tool to finish a manual made cigarrete closing its top. Is a compilation of three tools to help finishing the top. One tool compacts the tobacco at the top creating a small gap of paper. The second inducts a cone-shape to the paper gap. The third retracts the cone shaped paper to close the top of the cigarette closing the paper and avoiding the usual tobacco drop from the top.
