I printed this tire with Flexismart from FFFworld (kind of TPU).
I recommend using support for best results and use a 0% infill with 1.2 or 1.4 wall thickness to keep a good flexibility.
The tire is supposed to be at the perfect size of the wheel so you don't need to glue it (i did not glued mine and they are still ok)
