It's a foot for an 2020 Aluminium Extrusion Profile with 5mm T-slot.
The part can be mounted by up to 5x M5 hexhead screws against either a T-slot nut or a M5 square nut.
After installing under my printer's enclosure, I also added a 20x20mm self-adhesive felt pad to the ground-touching part, to further reduce vibrations.
