X axis Belt tensioner re-design for Creality CR-10S

This is just a quick re-design made from myself where you can use the same standard bolts and nuts from the original CR-10S. I have noticed in my printer that the X axis belt was touching the frame part due to un-centered belt positioning, so with this part it become centered and with the angle slot for the bearing set you can adjust your prefered relative height!

The infill parameter was set at 80% but idealy because it will be a strenght part you can set it to 100%
