Reprap Glass mount

This thing helps keep the 4 mm glass in level with the hot bed PCB. It also assumes you are using a 4mm wooden plate underneath and a 3mm nut between wood and PCB. So it goes like (from bottom):

4 mm thick wooden plate
M3 nut (standard height)
