Dell Monitor VESA Mount Standoff

Most dell monitors have a recessed VESA mounting point. For some monitor stands, the brackets supports multiple hole patterns such as 100mm square (MIS-D) and 200x100mm (MIS-E) VESA, and thus doesn't fit into the recess.

This is a simple stand-off to be inserted into the recess to allow the mounting bracket to lay flush with the back of the monitor with the tension (screws) applied to the right part of the case.
