Walter's earbud case with easier to print hinge

Walter's earbud case is awesome! But my printer struggles with hinge printing - top layers stick to bootom ones and the hinge doesn't work until precise knife manipulations. I've decided to help my printer. I added one layer without gaps and bridging starts work well.
