This is a clip lead rack with 10 slots. By default the teeth are 5 mm in width and have a pitch of 5 mm. The vertical distance to the next tooth is 10 mm. Download the fusion 360 file and change the parameters to fit your clip leads.

File is customizable by changing "NumberOfSlots" parameter.
