This is a clip lead rack with 10 slots. By default the teeth are 5 mm in width and have a pitch of 10 mm. The vertical distance to the next tooth is 5 mm. Download the fusion 360 file and change the parameters to fit your clip leads.

File is customizable by changing "NumberOfTeeth" parameter.
