This is a replacement headlight cap for your electric scooter Kugoo (Linbol / Micar / Zaxboard) if your original headlight glass is broken.
You can cut a CD-cover glass (approx. 100x16 mm - depends on your 3D printer quality and settings) with a knife and glue it inside the headlight cap frame.
Then just glue this cap in it's place of your e-scooter display unit.
