This thing is a design tool for the mosaic lamp by billbo1958. That mosaic lamp is available here:

Use the Customizer to pick the tile, latice, and base colors. The seven tile rows of the lamp each have two colors to select.
Give the Customizer a good bit of time to initially load. It's "working" and almost done rendering when you see the animated squares.
I'd love to see remixes with screen captures of your design!
